Materials Provided to Living The Dream
Living The Dream does not claim ownership of materials you provide (feedback, suggestions, uploads). No compensation will be paid for use of submissions.
International Users
The Service is controlled by Living The Dream from the USA. If you access the Site from outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

The arbitrator’s decision will be final, and judgment may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Each party will bear their own legal fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms will take place on an individual basis. Class actions, collective actions, or other representative proceedings are not permitted.
Liability Disclaimer
The information, software, and services provided through the Site may include inaccuracies. Living The Dream may make updates or changes at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all content and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Living The Dream shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or performance of the Site or related services.
Termination / Access Restriction
Living The Dream reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site or related services at any time without notice. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state where Living The Dream is headquartered. If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be replaced with a valid provision that best reflects the original intent.
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Living The Dream and supersedes all prior communications. It is the express wish of both parties that this agreement be written in English.
Changes to Terms
Living The Dream reserves the right to change these Terms or policies at any time. Updates will be posted to this page. Continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Monthly retainer services are billed on a month-to-month basis, and scope or fee changes require at least one month’s notice.
